Make Yourself Invaluable

Over the past 25+, I have been surrounded by many top performers:

  • Courageous fellow paratroopers in the U.S. Army

  • Outstanding clients I’ve supported throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia

As I consider what makes many of them outstanding, I have come to the realization that they exhibit six behaviors that make them invaluable at work.
